Any last minute shooting for Client Videos needs to be DONE by next week!

EMAIL ME schedule FINAL EDIT Finishing session - 1 day

for final GFX/Color Correction/Sound Mix/Mastering - 8 channels of Audio MAX

Sessions available THUR DEC 9th thru TUE Dec 21st.

and NATURE projects Widescreen DVDs due by WED Dec 15th.

EVERYONE is required next week WED Nov. 10th:
1. To ATTEND class ON TIME at 2PM.
2. Bring a Selects - Interview Bites and Broll on DVD.
3. START ROUGHCUTS and bring client EDITS in PROGRESS (Video DVD or .mov data DVD.)
4. Bring NATURE shoots if completed on VIDEO DVD.

1. The CORPORATE Extended bookings of a HD Package ON OUR CALENDER
overrides ANYONE who has individual reservations of either HPX-170 Package at the VML.

If the other camera package is available - the INDIVIDUAL Reservation made first gets the gear.

It's the JOB of EACH OF YOU to CHECK the CORP TEAM HD Reservation Calender -

and NOT BOOK TIME with a camera at the VML,

or if you have and a CORP Client shoot is ADDED - your reservation gets BUMPED!

That means that the one or both camera packages will be AVAILABLE to reserve at the VML -

BUT YOU have to check and see if I HAVE IT RESERVED on my Calender FIRST.

 

2. Email me tentative Corporate Production Schedule so I can block out the HD gear for your project.

Please INCLUDE the Day/Date and TIME for CHECK-OUT and CHECK-IN.
