Interview Subjcts may be filmed as well as audio recorded - but final films must rely on VISUALS - NOT TALKING HEADS.

DOC CAMERA 60D Package VML RESERVATIONS

1. You can now book the Doc Camera package up to 30 days in advance.

2. Spring Break Camera Reservations must be FIRST requested
via email to Instructor. Please get your requests in now if you NEED to shoot over Spring Break.
Only 2 students will get approval based on the needs of their films.

FEB 8th

1. DSLR TEXTBOOK now on Reserve in LIBRARY: Go to the circulation desk located on the third floor (that’s the main entrance to the library). At the end of the counter are the faculty reserve binders. Look up your REISS, under binder M-R.
You will need to leave an id (one card, drivers license). You may have the book for a two hour loan period (in house).

2. X-Grip handheld Grip hotshoe attachments are now re-installed for LCD or Rhode Video Mic. (BTW -the missing items were in Film III gear - another reason the DOC Cam Package is NOT to BE used with other course projects).

 

FEB 7th

1. The Documentary Camera & Sound package can now be checked out starting THUR Feb 9th.

2. Location Scout report assignment Due Next class: MON Feb 13th.

3. START Preproduction for final documentary film.
