NAME your final exported promo project quicktime files: NAMEPromo.mov

COPY your final exported promo project quicktime file to Either

SHARED MEDIA WMJF office drive

or

VML Lobby Imac Graid Drive.

 

Also you are free to use ANY software to edit your 30-second promo video.
